Can never go wrong here! Well yeah you can. DO NOT GET THE CREDIT CARD BY CITI BANK! ITS HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I also messed up myself because I didn't pay my laptop off in time but still. The credit card is horrible. I just made it worse when I had to use extra money on my dad who just got a feeding tube. This place is the bomb tho. I buy so much from here. All my major electronics come from here! I love this store. I mean I love it!

I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but he's an A+ salesman. I came in knowing exactly what it was that I wanted to buy. He saw me in the TV section, asked if he could help, and got me what I wanted very quickly. He made pleasant conversation with me during the purchasing process, arranged for delivery, and got everything done. He made helpful suggestions and offered what a best buy employee is supposed to offer but wasn't pushy or demanding. Also of note, I was greeted by a very friendly employee at the door. The store is nice and clean as well. Really impressed and very happy with my visit!

We bought our entire kitchen with Best Buy, each appliance had a separate delivery date. Our refrigerator had 3 failed delivery attempts. One of the attempts the delivery crew actually came to the door, and realized it was a townhome and said they “couldn’t do today.” 4th attempt and 4 months of waiting we finally had installed. The delivery guys dented the front door of the stainless steel $10,000 fridge. They said I would have to call and file a claim. Two attempts of filing a claim, they said they wouldn’t accept a return but would credit me $100. $100 for a dented brand new Bosch fridge. We must have had blacked this memory out because we ordered a washing machine a year later with Best Buy. We had a scheduled window Monday 7AM-1PM; it was 12:30 and I received an email stating delivery would be 12:55pm; no one came. I called and they said “they are on their way.” I called again 3:50, asking for an update and they said they couldn’t get in touch with dispatch. I asked for them to follow back up with a call when they are able to deliver. No response, but an email around 5pm saying 6:45pm delivery. 7:15 called again, they said “they attempted delivery at 3:45 and no one answered.” They need to put us on the next delivery window which is a week & half out….1. If someone came at 3:45, why would we get a confirmation email for a 6:45 delivery? Also, we have 2 cameras outside on our front porch, no one came to the door or driveway. We were blatantly lied to, and wasted hours of our day. Will never be shopping at Best Buy again.

Going back to the store is the quickest way. Social media took a week to get back to me, phone line on website up to 4 hour wait for a callback. Stores are not really answering their direct lines You can check if a color cartridge should have been included on the listing of the product on their site or in the documentation that came with the printer.
