It's been 2 years, and they are still just as bad. When I finally spoke to someone, in California, they said I should go in person. Even though they are limiting store capacity during COVID.
Well its the call center for 3 other locations so considering there are at the most 3 call girls at a time handling 3 different stores wait times will vary as they also work the registers. Geeksquad can only answer phones occasionally as they're are only 4 agents at a given time. Used to work there...
Hmmm they usually good on there customer services not sure what going on today.
