Why

Staff is lovely! But why when I need a letter of even my next appointment, they can't give it to me because those iPads they are given don't work!!! Why don't they have access to a computer?? They have terrible office equipment! Wifi never works!

I've been there over 10 times already, 5 procedures and 5 post. And I've only gotten 2 letters. I need a letter everytime I go, and everytime I ask. There's a problem, or I have to wait almost an hour for it. When I'm done already. Yesterday I was there, and the young lady, gave me my letter, with no problem. I hope she stays there. I forgot her name. I love Tiffany, she is great! Helpful, polite, considerate, and has lovely work ethics. 👍

Yes you must call the call center to make an appointment. Not all offices accept heath first but we have offices in the bronx Manhattan and Brooklyn that do take your insurance.
