I have been here many times and have had a bad experience everytime trying to see the doctor. I have no problem with physical therapy but if you want to see the doctor, they will keep you here for more than 2 hours. Patients that was there after you will be seen first and I don't know why. If the doctor doesn't come in they will not tell you (doctors are inconsistent).

I took a family member here today and witnessed the staff treat a female patient horribly. I was appalled. The woman was seeking blood work and treatment for a GUN SHOT wound and they called the cops on her because “the doctor was busy”. The staff was completely unprofessional and disgusting. I’ve already begun the search for another primary care physician for my family member. After what I witnessed today, not only should the front office staff be ashamed of themselves but they also simply should not be working in healthcare. Witnessing the whole ordeal was utterly disturbing. Even for a New Yorker.
