Horrible communication between doctors, social workers and family. I call multiple times a day and do not receive calls back. Social workers make decisions on after care with out consulting family. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

Welcome to "masked" hell of Trinity Health. I scheduled an appointment 10/28/2022 at 3:30pm in St. Mary Health on 4595 New Falls Rd, Levittown, PA 19056 with my doctor because I had serious concerns about my health condition after miscarriage I underwent at the end of August. My concerns and the symptoms that have started developing recently included pain in my uterus area, rich bloody discharges, unpleasant smell of my discharges, regular headache, abnormal irregular heartbeat, increased blood pressure, unusual fluctuations of my emotions, dizziness. I came to the office in the described acute condition, put my mask on as was required and started to wait. Suddenly I felt strong dizziness and lack of oxygen. Being scared to pass out I uncovered my nose to get a cool fresh air and immediately felt better. But at the same moment the lady on reception barked at me to cover my nose immediately or I would be turned out of the office. I politely explanted to her my condition after miscarriage and claimed to difficulties with breathing and dizziness. But the lady was not listening to me and continued to warn me to cover my nose immediately or the appointment would be cancelled. A second lady accidentally appeared and started to ram me to cover my nose as well. I politely told her that two minutes ago I almost passed out and felt better after a breath of cool fresh air. Both ladies did not want to understand me and then one of them sharply pointed her finger to the outside door and rudely dropped “wait there”. I was so suppressed by the brutish attitude that wanted to cry. I felt my heart was ready to jump out from me, I felt stronger pain in my stomach. I came out from office and crying called to my husband and told him about everything and asked help. My husband first called to St Mary hospital OBGYN department but a nurse did not even want to hear what the problem was when got know about uncovered nose. My husband called 911 and in a few minutes I saw an ambulance and two nice men. They talked with me and provided first aid. My blood pressure and heartbeat was too high for me. One of them entered the office and was talking about something with them for about five minutes. When he came back he said I was not allowed to enter the office with an uncovered nose. He said he did his best to persuade them and told them about my condition but all were useless. STOP THE MEDICAL TERRORISM!!!

My husband was having a procedure and the anesthesiologist was cursing and ranting about his political opinions. Totally unprofessional.

I’ve been dealing with this hospital for the past year (not my choice) with my parents healthcare and they are by far the absolute worst. Their communication is horrible and when you can speak with someone they don’t know anything. As far as care goes it’s ‘get them in and get them out’ and in between let’s not do too much. Very sad. Yes
Chances are a minor would have to be accompanied by an adult
No, it's a catholic hospital. No abortions are performed there.
252 of 308 beds are taken. This was as of January 10. There should still be available beds
Best to call your doctor to evaluate
Not uncommon at any hospital when it gets cold.. lots of homeless tend to show up seeking long overdue medical help and warmth. I've never needed the services of the ER. Most of my experiences are as an outpatient at The Franciscan Medical building & OP MRI.
Not sure but I would try calling the main hospital number and asking for medical records. They should be able to help
where can I get a vaccine I have heart condition and chronic renal disease
Must wear a mask... Stop at screening station in the building. Use hand sanitizer when entering the building.
Not sure contact the hospital directly
