I harvested my first deer this year and took it to Bill. I was unsure of the process or anything about anything. He took the time to answer all of my questions about all of it. Got my meat back quicker then expected and had a great experience for my first deer.

Horrible! Took a buck there last October. It was shot right through the heart with an arrow and clean as a whistle. When I first picked it up I was in a hurry but as I was carrying it ointo my house I realized that it didn't seem like much meat considering that there was no waste from the shot or gutting. Then, as I was unpacking it, I found that it wasn't cut up the way I ordered. Then I checked my receipt and the number didn't match the number on the box. When I called, Bill said that I was mistaken and that the small amount of meat was probably because I "nicked the guts" (I'm 69 years old and have cleaned countless deer. I didn't nick anything). He aslo said the number didn't matter and there was just a mix up and that was my deer. If that wasn't enough, the meat was wrapped on styrofoam trays full of air. That's fine if you're not gonna freeze it but who is going to eat a whole deer in a week or two? I had to open and re-wrap all of the meat that I wanted to freeze. Also plenty of hair on the meat. Last of all, the guy has a surly attitude. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you don't mind all of the above!
