When you enter the hotel, it is beautiful and updated and has a wonderful guest-concierge room, bar and restaurant. The staff at this property are exceptional, polite, generous, attentive and on point. What prevents my 5 stars is the rooms don't reflect this modern entry, and are dated. There are some updated amenities like reading lamps at bedside and a media connectivity center, but of the three rooms I experienced, one had a cabinet with moisture damage from the fridge, a couple had chipped paint in the bathrooms, and my double had a saggy mattress. Also the network connectivity to one of the room TVs was not working. The location and amenities and meeting rooms are excellent; you're located right in the heart of Buckhead and a quarter mile walk to Marta train station and adjacent to both malls. Restaurants EVERYWHERE. For the price, this was a great deal and I had an excellent and pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back, but the rooms could really use a remodel.

Great stay for the money, especially on Mother's Day weekend! Our staff was super nice and helpful, and they even brought us a complimentary tray of cookies and brownies to our room! The rooms were nice and clean. The AC didn't push out as cold air as we like (but we like it cold). No biggie. Definitely recommend this hotel! Right across from Lenox Mall and minutes walk to Phipps Plaza.

The people working at this hotel are wonderful. I am very impressed by the restaurant staff and the manager Mike. The breakfast is good and the service is prompt and courteous. My waiters have been very attentive and accommodating. Tip them well, they deserve it. Valet parking is really nice too. The guys are all very nice and careful with the cars. Tip them! They work hard and deserve it! The hotel itself is a bit outdated and in need of some repairs. House keeping is not terrible but usually misses some of the routine things like giving all the towels back and taking away the dirties and refilling all the tea and sweetener. Also, not sure why but every single time the coffee cup lids they provide don't fit the cups they give.

Room was comfortable, though had issues with a non-working TV and hairdryer. TV was quickly corrected. Staff very friendly. Well looked after, especially by Traci W, who made breakfast a pleasure every day. Kept the breakfast room spotless and made sure we were well fed and had coffee. Great ambassador for hotel & Atlanta.

No its not but great breakfast at Nox Creek Lounge check with the hotel. Great breakfast with many choices for adults and kids.
24 hours, generally. If you are a Marriott Rewards member then it will depend on your status. Given COVID, if you call them they may work with you.
Just like Rashida said, the Marta station is close by and is the most consistent in terms of time to get to the airport (30 minutes from train departure). It also drops you off really close to security so it's also convenient once you get there.

If you're flying commercial then ATL. If you're flying private, then maybe Charlie Brown or Cobb Co.
The easiest way to self park is to check in at the front desk and let them and the valet (so they know you are coming back for your car) know you will self park. Once your room key is activated, you can use it to go in and out of the garage whenever you please. Drive past the valet, take an immediate right (this is a short 2-way street between the hotel and garage) and you will see the garage entrance ahead on the left. Park on the 3rd level. The entrance with glass doors has an elevator for conference rooms. Pass that and follow the hall to the main elevators on the left. The restaurant, M Lounge and lobby are ahead and to the right.
The metro exit is on the opposite end of a long street to the hotel, but because its late at night maybe consider uber for safety reasons
If you're on a budget just use the Marta to get to where you want to go
