Terrible experience. I was there on a business trip. I am not expecting much lately but this time was too much. They didn’t have room for me when I arrive at 1AM Tuesday -room was booked and paid. When they were able to fix it (my other cowoker ended on a room without power) my room was occupied and they had to find another room.

It is not a Holiday Inn Express as it should be; with everything working smoothly. It is under construction; someone told me it was a Wingate, so that answer the renovations. The Gym, 2 out of 5 machines are working. I made a special reservation (roll in shower) and a week before leaving town I called to make sure and the room wasn't available; it was fixed 3 days after being there. The price, as you compare around I think reflects the problems to fix. The pound cake machine is not functioning on a Saturday...eventhough the machine is giving instructions... Someone need to be trained or have a back up machine. The beds are not the quality as many other Holiday Inns. Ice on second and fourth floor, nothing else. Some employees are trying their best, I think they are short staff. Those are the facts.

Me and my husband got the king suite. Our room was clean and fresh, beds were comfy, staff were polite, professional, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast could of been better,and water could have been hotter.

Positive: I felt very comfortable and welcome. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was great. Negative: I didn¿t like the traffic noise. Maybe it was the room location, on the other side of the hall may not have heard all the traffic noise but for us it was so loud.
