Positive: The employees at this hotel were exceptional. They were all very kind, friendly, and hard working. They were refreshing to do business with. the front desk was wonderful. She was great when we checked in at night and again early in the morning. Negative: It is just stressful with the valet parking in the middle of the city. That is all, but I was happy that our car was safe during our visit, but it was an additional $80.

Very nice hotel, great location. - Cleanliness: One of our beds had dirty sheets. The staff was responsive about replacing them but still gross. I don't tend to sit on upholstered furniture in hotels, but I did notice this one had noticeable stains on the couch and the chairs. Floors needed a good cleaning, they weren't very clean upon arrival. - Parking: I get the limited valet space, but they need an additional lot or street parking for the convenience of guests. If not street parking they need an additional parking garage. - Customer Service: We needed new sheets (mentioned above) and they responded right away. I also requested featherless pillows (my child is allergic) and they bought some up to our room in a timely manner. Staff was always nice and we weren't ever ignored. - FYI: If you stay on the side facing the aquarium, keep in mind there is a club next door to the left so you may hear music depending on what event they are having.

I do not even know where to start with my stay! It exceeded my expectations. I never make any reviews but if there was a person like me who was trying to book a stay and felt hesitant about this hotel I want to be the one to say book it! When I started to look at the reviews before I booked I was hesitant because of reading the bad reviews but what locked me in was the room I had booked. I booked the Panoramic view room and oh my goodness I fell in love with the view! The room was nice and clean and I had absolutely NO complaints at all. Starting with the valet staff who were absolutely nice, the front desk staff were always so welcoming and greeting us whenever we walked into the hotel from exploring the city. There is a breakfast spot next door called The Breakfast Club which was delicious, right in front of the hotel is the aquarium which we walked to and had a blast. The coca cola museum was also in front of the hotel as well which is another spot to look at. Check in process was very quick as well as checking out. I am super happy with my experience so don't let the negative comments fool you because I have not one bad thing to say about the hotel.

I read some negative reviews on here, so I really just wanted to clear things up. The place is great. The staff is friendly, and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was bomb. Reading the reviews on here of everyone made me think that they’d stayed in a different hotel. I saw a lot of ranting and raving about the staff not being friendly enough, or not being fast enough. Hotel staff are people, and they’re going through their own stuff. I’m not the type of person who expects someone to kiss my feet everywhere I go just because I fork over some cash. It seems like a lot of the reviewers were. Some people didn’t like the breakfast. What were you expecting? It’s a pandemic. Eat a bagel and some scrambled eggs and go see some fish at the aquarium. If you’re upset about the lack of a waffle maker then idk what to tell you. Also I saw someone had to wait an ENTIRE 30 minutes for some towels. Bless your heart, that’s all I can say. The parking is expensive, I get that, but it’s downtown Atlanta. The valet guys were nice and I maybe waited 5 minutes for them. We got this hotel in a package with the aquarium and had a great time. Clean room and nice people. What more do you want?
