I’ve had the liberty of coming to the worst dry cleaners in Arverne I literally took my 3 expensive clothing items there to be cleaned & my clothing wasn’t cleaned well at all they just look like they were steamed 1 of the items that I cleaned were a pair of shorts they were returned to me hanging from safety pins which caused holes in them I immediately went back to notify them & the gentleman there who I gave my clothing to told me that the shorts shouldn’t have been hung up with those but a different clip & I should come back the next day at 1 to speak with the boss & I did just that & when I tell you that this middle aged women is the rudest lady I ever encountered I go in & explain the problem to another women present & she comes & says that it’s not a big deal my item just needs to be pressed out & she agrees that it wasn’t clean as I’m telling her the holes are visible so I said press it out then & let me see it because if the holes aren’t gone I will have to take legal action because you seem to want to argue back & fourth with me as she’s pressing out the item telling me when you get a new item they put safety pins because It’s safe they do it all the time & if she used the other clips to hold the shorts up they would slip off in 2 seconds she gives me back the item & says take me to court then because now I’m telling her they are loose threads sticking out & you can see there was a hole present before hand I'm telling her she’s unprofessional & rude I’m a first time customer I’m suppose to be reimbursed for any slight inconvenience but I wasn't She just proceed to argue with me DO NOT BRING YOUR ITEMS HERE THEY DO NOT CARE OR VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR CLEAN ITEMS AT ALL
