Great, free calm lake for boating and picnics. Can rent kayaks and canoes.

Memorial Lake state park is a pretty cool park that off the Annville / Indiantown gap Exit of I-81 North. It has fishing, boating and hiking. It is a decent place to rent a boat (canoe, kayak, paddleboat, rowboat) and just go out and relax on the lake. It does have a hiking / jogging path all around it, which is one of the few I've ever totally completed. It consists of 230 acres, which is surrounded by Fort Indian Gap military Reservation, near the base of Blue Mountain. It was built to honor servicemen who served in WWI and WWII, hence the name. Its great for family events, there are always people there having fun and relaxing. Cookouts, pavilions, you name it. There's a modest concession stand and also a small playground for children. Accessible by three different roads. great fishing.

This is a beautiful lake to walk all the way around. Well maintained trails and a bit of it on the pavement. They have picnic pavilions, restrooms and a kayak rental facility in the summer.

I love this area around the lake. Took a walk around the whole lake. Trails are marked with signs and distances. A leisurely walk can take up to an hour around the whole lake. …

Yes i believe so. Baring its not frozen over.
Cannot answer this question... I only know that I saw people fishing there but did not see their catches.
Maybe put your feet in on edge but no public swimming unless you fall out of the canoes and kayaks you can rent there. Great place to picnic with family/friends also along the lake with beautiful views. Has swing sets in certain locations.
Not that I recall seeing. We walked around the boat launch/rental/storage area, did not notice an adaptive launch.
I think it ranges from 18 to 20 an hour depending what you ger
As of last weekend, the rental area was still closed. But the lake was open.
Dawn to Dusk.
Yes. Almost always, and almost everywhere in the USA.
The only swimming allowed is if you fall out of your kayak or canoe.
There is no swimming in the lake. You are ok to wade into the water knee high. I recommend water socks or sandals. I have sat on a chair in the water as well. There are canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats for rent if you choose.
There is no swimming. You can wade into it, or set your chair in the water and soak your toes. You can also fish on the lake, at the bottom of the dam, or anywhere along the shore. No fishing is permitted on the bridge, or at the top of the dam.
Aside from the answers already posted, I do believe your group has to be of a certain size or number.
I'm pretty sure the middle lot there's a water fountain
Yes dogs are allowed there but must be on a leash. There is actually a search and rescue group does some training there with dogs also
Yes
I am not sure I never saw a sign about it. My dog did. And I have seen other dogs there doing so.
