I had the pleasure of working with Greg to purchase a new Can-am Outlander 650 Mossy Oak Edition. I was looking to purchase this exact ATV and saw they had one inbound. The absolute smoothest transaction I have ever had buying an ATV (and I have bought a few ATVs and UTVs over the years). Greg was a professional, non-pushy, no BS type of sales person and made the process great from the first call to talk about the purchase, to putting a deposit down, and finally getting the machine. I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again and would make the 90 minutes drive 10 times over to buy from them.

I stopped in to Brooks Power Sports to talk with them about the spyders. The showroom was cool with all the products can am offers and the helmets and other accessories. I spoke with Chad Brooks and he was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I was only there to see them up close and sit on one (or three). I was interested in the rt model but he noticed my cane and suggested I look at the F3 as it was more adjustable. He never once tried to sell them to me as he understood my timeline. I plan on getting one after I go through the safety course...as he suggested. At the stage I'm at with this, I'm very pleased and it seems like a reputable company. Edit: I bought an F3 Limited to be delivered May 2022. Due to all the European shut downs mine was going to be pushed back to August. Chad got on the phone and started horse trading between other dealers and BRP themselves. After he was done. I got my trike in June and a helmet with integrated communication. I also got the tire pressure monitoring. Needless to say I ran into problems with the communication of my helmet, the connection to BRP connect, and the tire pressure thing. Grace got the helmet working, Mark eventually got the BRP connect working, then pretty much the whole staff worked on the tire pressure. Turned out the brand they used was the cause. Chad spoke with the company and discovered their piss poor customer service. He found another company, which had the same stems and caps that was cheaper and worked with Chad for my satisfaction. Had no issues with monitoring the air pressure since. I am super stoked about how I was treated at Brooks. You can't find a better bunch of people if you're looking for a spyder. I'm sure you'd get the same wonderful treatment for the snowmobiles, 4wheelers, or jet skis.
