There is no swimming. You can wade into it, or set your chair in the water and soak your toes. You can also fish on the lake, at the bottom of the dam, or anywhere along the shore. No fishing is permitted on the bridge, or at the top of the dam.
You may also legally bob next to your boat. The water is not tested and there is no lifeguard so no "swimming" is allowed.
