The staff was beyond helpful and tolerant of our family reunion. My dates got messed up, but Sugar fixed it. Liz and a few others were helpful and kind. We will be coming back to this hotel for sure.

After reading the latest post I was not wanting to stay here even though I have in the past but I had reservations and didn't want to cancel. My room was great, clean and I'm picky! I was on the street side and it wasn't loud and I'm a light sleeper. I didn't smell pot in the rooms or hallway. I was on the first floor. Breakfast was good, on time, clean and stocked well. The front desk was very helpful, super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels only complaint was it was hot in that room. It was a super busy weekend with the holiday, summerfest, ball teams and NASCAR in the hotel, the staff did very well with a full hotel. Thank you to the staff for all you did to make my stay great!

This place and the staff was great! I loved my room. It was comfortable and clean. The fact that they were so nice to our group made it even more pleasant to be there. I was able to check in early without asking, as soon as I arrived to make sure I was at the right place Ms. Tina checked me in and it was around noon. Thank you Hyatt staff for such a peaceful weekend.

Positive: I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel and the convenience of it. I stayed Memorial day weekend and the room was nice with a sitting room area, coffee, fridge and iron. This is literally next to the airport but I never heard one plane. Recommend Negative: I wish the pool was open earlier and later or had adult hours.
