A couple of issues with the room - the tub leaves you ankle deep in water during the shower and the coffee maker in the room was inoperable - but the staff was friendly and caring, the breakfast was good and the beds comfortable, so I'd stay here again.

Let's just start with two things. The staff were friendly and attendant. The pool also has mildew, crud, and black mold in the deck area. Those are the two most important bits. The breakfast service is the stand out element of this experience, a wonderful selection that is up kept and delivered as desired. The seating area is cool too! But the rooms could be addressed. The phone to the lobby doesn't work, the electronics are shoddy, and even worse are the locks to the room. As a quintessential three-star experience: we had to move a dresser in front of the conjoining room's door to have privacy. Beds were very nice and comfortable, even if the turndown service was lacking. But the clean staff can't be blamed for that in this staffing situation in the world. Three star, absolutely could be brought to a four though with managerial focus! REPLY: Mr Willis, I do not have an email address to contact you at and I cannot reply specifically in the way you have, but it was room 2052's phone which did not seem to work and had a deadbolt to the conjoining room which did not engage in any way. Thank you for addressing this the way you have, and best of efforts for maintance!

The hotel service was great, and the shuttle to/from the airport was prompt. They also provided me with some things in the morning, when I checked out before breakfast. If this was just based on hotel service, it would be 5/5. Unfortunately, the other guests in the hotel is the reason for the low rating. My room’s only ‘window’ overlooked the indoor pool. This meant that every single noise from the echoey pool could be easily heard in my room. I don’t think I have ever in my life seen that many people using hotel pools. They weren’t quiet either. The kids were yelling and very annoying. I would have asked to switch, but they were completely booked. It was annoying, because I wanted a quiet relaxing night before having to get up at 4:30am, and the pool didn’t shut til 9pm. I wish there had been some option or writing on the website warning people that their windows might overlook the pool and having the option to opt out. In addition, I’m pretty sure someone had smoked pot or something in the elevator. It stunk. To make matters worse, after the pool closed, the person in the room next to me was playing music. I could hear the bass from the music in my room, which made it harder trying to fall asleep after 9pm. The hotels quiet hours were not until 10pm. Luckily they did turn the music off before then, but it was still obnoxious.

Room was FILTHY!! My daughters crawled into bed & one felt something in her leg so she pulled the covers off her & there was a disgusting hair extension in the sheets! It was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned- staff was SO rude & actually accused me of trying to get a free room. We were checking out at 4:30am the next morning & my husband is a spire elite member so her logic on trying to get a free room made no sense. I’ve never been treated as poorly by anyone in my life- I did call the manager a few days later & when I mentioned My husband being a spire elite member he went above & beyond to make it right. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean place to stay with professional, friendly staff.

They do. I would suggest going across the street for food at Branded Steer. Room service will be so expensive it will blow your mind.
I don't know, but I do work for a bus company that do Shuttles for groups of people. I do believe it's a shuttle that takes you and the game. You are call the hotel where I will be staying and they should be able to let you go. Hope this helps. Again the bus company I work for offers shuttle service to games and bars before and after the game.
Yes. They have a large pool area with seating, etc. I'd check with hotel first.
Probably. There is always plenty of space on the back. Never asked at the hotel.
