The only good thing about this hotel, was the lady at the front desk. Other than that, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The door in the room was all scratched up, the ironing board and bench were disgusting and had brown/black stains all over them. The floors had stains. The bathroom drain cover was covered in mold, there was hair in the tub, and the shower curtain was too short and had mold on it. The lights and vent in bathroom did not work. There was only one towel and one washcloth in our room, which the washcloths were paper thin. They didn't want to give us extra towels, they wanted the dirty ones back before we received new ones, but there were no housekeepers to take them.There was a hamper in the middle of the hallway. The microwave was gross and so was the fridge. We had to wipe everything with Clorox wipes before we even settled in. We stayed for 2 nights and I did not see any housekeepers. This place is just disgusting and I do not recommend at all!!!

Avoid if at all possible. Much nicer places within a few minutes. The room was the worst part. It was DIRTY. The window screen had a huge hole. There was garbage under the couch bed (candy wrappers, candy, empty Capri sun, etc). One of the fire sprinklers was completely covered with tape. There was paint and smears on the windows and bedroom door. The bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door closed and the fan on at all times. We purchased a can of soda and a bag of chips from a vending machine; both were expired. The cushions and floor had numerous giant stains. The office chair had no fabric left on the seat. There was no remote for the TV. The carpet was fraying and torn up under the door and there was almost an inch of space between the door and floor. Continental breakfast was a joke. There was NO food other than old waffle mix and two waffle irons. The juice didn't work; the machine just sputtered out weird water. We didn't even bother trying the over crowded pool. There was also a family down the hall from us fighting with each other and violently screaming. To survive, we got clean blankets from the front desk, covered the couch and chair and floor, and sat/slept on those. We ordered groceries and food via door dash since there was basically no breakfast any other food there was expired. Easily one of the worst experiences ever.

Positive: The rates were very appealing, we have always loved staying at country inn & suites when we travel. The front desk employee  was excellent. Very friendly. The 1st room was not clean & when I called he immediately got us a new room and was s Negative: Moldy towel on the chair lift in the pool, pool water was very cloudy, there were ants in the corner of the pool room. The rooms overall were okay, but the carpets and curtains were stained and not vacuumed well. The furniture was very worn.

We checked in at 5:30 pm new year's eve, the check in staff were fun and personable. We had just spent 32 hours on Amtrak (I don't recommend it), and were very tired. Our room was nice, although the carpet had some stains and the bathroom and some of the furniture needed a refresh. The important thing was that the room was clean, the bed very comfortable and there was a night light in the bathroom (wish all lodging did). I always enjoy the simple artistic quality of the pictures on the wall at Country inn and suites. We checked out about 9:30 am new year's day. The day staff was completely opposite of the night staff, just this side of rude, and there wasn't any "grab and go" breakfast and very little coffee. We didn't go to the pool, there were lots of families with kids enjoying it, so I assume it was nice.
