Nice hotel, clean and accessible. Very helpful staff. Dave the shuttle driver was very helpful, polite and a great representative for customer service. The 2 bartenders were amazing, all while carrying the weigh of their coworker who call out. Front desk were also helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for retaining awesome employees!

We got a room with a hot tub in it and the jets barely work, when we took a shower the drains were backed up and it was 6 in of water standing in the tub. Service was excellent. Artist the shuttle driver was an amazing man with a good work ethic and should be commended..the front desk lady was amazing too.

4 star review for the room. 5 star for the staff. Room is a good value for the location. An upgrade was issued upon arrival. Hotel has a beautiful bar and again the staff was tremendous. Only draw back was the faulty repair and a plastic cup that was left behind, from the previous guest. Quick update: the general manager reached out after my seeing my post. Offered an apology and asked for the opportunity to make it right. I will be back.

A group of us took late lunch here after seeing the nearby Pabst Mansion. We had excellent service, and everyone liked their food. The Ambassador's Art Deco surroundings always makes one feel very elegant, and like we are stepping back in time. I had a huge plate of the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had. Kudos!

We are a few miles from the theater. We offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the theater (an anywhere else in the downtown area) for our guests.
No they don't have a pool. The majority of workers there will do their best to make you happy, but like any business, there's a few to tarnish the reputation.
Best Hotel West of downtown Milwaukee. Parking garage is available & included for hotel guests. They also offer a free shuttle service in and around the Milwaukee area. If you head East from the hotel it's perfectly fine. If you head West on foot, it's somewhat questionable, depending on the time of day. Great place to stay for concerts at The Rave/Eagle's Club; it's one block away.

$10 a day @ the Inn which is across from Hotel. The Inn sucks. T.V , breakfast, housekeeping & overall experience. Never again.
Go to the restaurant across the street. The hotel only has boiled eggs, toast,cereal and maybe frozen waffles
