This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. This is the second time I’ve been here and had to wait OVER A HOUR to even been seen. I had a 9AM appt and I waited over 90min beduase the doctor wasn’t even here yet. Like what kind of business is this. 0/0 would never ever recommend coming here.

I was told to call after three days to get results and I’ve called 3 times after those three days during business hours and I get the answering machine telling me they’re closed and called back during business hours. I call during business hours and on the web it says they’re open, I just need my results and I don’t want to travel and spend gas just to get my answer. I left two voicemails and never got a call back, I’m still waiting on my results. My friend recommended me to this doctor. He’s ok but I feel like he’s trying to sell me more than what I need. Told him I had headaches and they were worse when I had COVID but I didn’t have it anymore just minor ones. At the time with COVID I was taking ibuprofen 800mg it’s a lot but it helped. He prescribed me ibuprofen 600mg but I had already degraded to small headache pills with less mg, I didn’t need more medicine just wanted an evaluation so that was suspicious especially cause I never even took one of those pills he prescribed me cause I don’t need it and don’t like relying on pills. I’ve only been a patient for 3 months and I’m seriously considering another doctor, wish I didn’t have to but these problems are too much of an inconvenience. I scheduled an appointment at 10am and walked in to a full lobby, I don’t think my scheduled appointment even mattered I was technically a walk in. I got seen an hour maybe an hour and a half later and I noticed they were calling people in and making them wait in rooms together just to get them out the way or keep them from leaving. I told them my problems and I feel judged more than I feel like it’s advice or help. I give them the extra star because they do help me with what I ask but I don’t like the way they do it if I’m going to be honest, professionalism needs to be improved for sure. Sorry but not sorry, get it together guys. I wanna like you but you make it hard to.
