I was in need of a new PCP and decided to try a Black female. Dr. Angela Bell seemed perfect. I made an appointment to see her but was told by the front desk that I would have to see Dr. Gregory Smith before I could see Dr. Bell. My intent was to get a medication refilled and to get to know Dr. Bell. What happened instead was that Dr. Smith gave me a full wellness exam. I have great insurance, but for some reason I was sent a bill for the full amount to pay. After I did not pay, they sent my bill to a collection agency. I contacted my insurance co. and was told that they had paid on 3 claims for the same service. Their billing department is awful, and I will not be going to them again.

I am a patient of Dr. Mainor and very dissatisfied with her services. My biggest problem is she doesn't return my calls after leaving her weekly messages for her to call me. My last visit was on 12/9/2021 and administered a TB shot. On 12-11-2021 I returned to have the results read. Dr. Mainor was not in so Dr. Gregory Smth read and documented the results on my physical exam form. He was not my primary doctor so I left the form for Dr. Mainor. It's now 1-4-2022 no completed form nor ca all from Dr. Mainor. This in my opinion is negligence.

The business office is extremely unprofessional and have no regards for their patients. They are only concerned about the money and fail to have any compassion on longtime patients who pay their bills. They rarely do anything they say they will do, which include giving doctors important messages or correctly filing insurance. They are so blatantly heartless that a heart patient who had an appointment was sent away without seeing the doctor because he owed money due to their own clerical error. I am sick that they are doing this to people of color who need good and appropriate healthcare. We do not as a people need to deal with such disrespect and an uncaring organization. When these issues were presented to management, nothing was done, not even an apology!

The front desk Manager Trina was very rude, impatient and not helpful at all. Did not want to provide service to us because of an error made on their part by the appointment answering service. She needs more customers service training.
