Absolutely horrible. Had to switch rooms because of sewage smell. Only to get a smaller room with the air not working. Took a shower in the morning and the shower curtain was black full of dirt and mold. And tub was dirty. We left a day early. And was hoping to get some sort of credit for the horrible night but got no answers. So I will have to call to speak to a manager

Our room was a bit smaller than the pictured rooms, but the location was great. Staff was exceedingly nice and made checking in/out a breeze. Even though it was a slightly older hotel it was clean and quiet.

Very nice place. What sets it apart, however, is Andrew, the front desk manager. He is great at his job and makes the hotel a welcoming home-away from home. Great rooms - spacious, clean and new. Breakfast is a C / C-.

The hotel has a great location downtown. Close to the riverside and pabst theater. The staff wasn't very kind. Other breakfast was pretty empty when we went downstairs. I went to inform the front desk and had to wait until they finished a conversation. They then brought out cold coffee, not even fresh. There were 6 people behind the front desk, as the trash cans were overflowing. The beds were the ones with metal springs, so uncomfortable my back hurt for 3 days. The rooms were clean though. I wouldn't stay here again.
