Overall dirty and grimey. I had a hard time with hotel staff and never got room service, even just a refresh. Picutes I posted are post room service!! They literally left the towels and empty TP rolls! I also had hotel staff walk i to my room twice while i was in there!! They never announced themselves, I felt pretty insecure. And my first weekend I was there the fire alarm woke me up in the middle of the night without explanation. The only pro is that rooms are a good size otherwise everything else was a bust for me.

The hotel guest service workers were very nice and helpful. Hotel was pet friendly that was a plus. Hotel needs a lil updating but is still really nice. If I visit again I will be back

We had a wedding reception party two days ago at this place which was attended by mostly family members including older people( grandma’s and grandpa’s) who were in wheel chairs. This was our worst experience ever. Towards the end of the party the Sales manager Lady started shouting and screaming, GET OUT! GET OUT! at all the guests! There was no announcement made to clear the hall. All we heard was her yelling at our grandparents, parents and kids even though we were all trying to move out since it was time for us to leave. We even asked her to extend some time so we could take everyone out, she bluntly refused. She was very rude and disrespectful and needs to be fired. Horrible experience. Please stay away from this place. ZERO rating.

Hotel fitness room and pool area were nice ( didn’t get a chance to use them). The hotel and room was very outdated. Our first day was busy so we didn’t have a chance to do anything in the hotel except for sleep. However, around 2 am I woke up itchy with bites on my arm. Turn on the light to see multiple bedbugs crawling in the bed. Safe to say second night was canceled and I was forced to find a room somewhere else since I was traveling with children. They’re traumatized
