The facility looks beautiful walking in but the rooms are fairly outdated. When we got to the room, the room was not clean. Looked like someone just woke up and left. When I called to let front desk know, they acted like I was lying and sent someone else to “check” because the room “should be clean”. I’m not sure why they would think I would lie. And the front desk reps were very snotty and rolled their eyes at me and other guests. The pool was not the best. It was so cloudy that you couldn’t even seen your own feet in the pool. And I’m glad we brought our own towels because they did not restock them. Other guests had rented rooms and were denied the amount of rooms reserved and ended up taking the cushions from the front lobby and using those to sleep on in their rooms. It was overall very distasteful. I would definitely reconsider staying here if you can get another local hotel.

Rented 3 rooms together and were spread out over 3 floors. Really difficult for a family vacation. Rooms were dirty- food left behind in the fridge, coffee supplies were not in sterile packaging, and floors were terribly soiled. Pool was closed but honestly probably for best given the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel.

Our stay was mostly fine, amenities not quite worth the cost of the room, but the major issue I have is that they have charged my card 86 dollars SIX WEEKS after my stay. There was no contact, no explanation, I have left three voicemails with management and they have not responded back. I may have to cancel my card and refute the charges through my bank. **UPDATE** THEY CLAIM I AM STILL CHECKED IN AFTER SIX WEEKS!!! I Why wouldn't you call after a day?

Horrible... some staff were great... Management was very rude. I made a reservation but according to the management a reservation does not mean that you hold a room... really it doesn't mean anything because they will still give it away if someone comes in before you. That being said, the only room available was an upgraded room to a "king balcony suite." Which was just a king bed and had nothing "suite like" about it except for the extra $100 cost... I won't be returning... even if I wanted to I need a hotel that will actually keep my reservation I won't be sleeping in my car because they don't know what the word reservation means...
