Exceptionally poor experience. Right when we arrived from a long car journey, my sisters had to use the bathroom. They entered a bathroom in the lobby, but soon after, a male employee (maybe the manager?) ran in after them and yelled very loudly and rudely that they couldn’t be in there because they were cleaning it. There were no signs posted, and my sisters had no idea. Furthermore, he should have gotten a female staff member to go in, not follow my two sisters in himself. Highly rude and inappropriate. The conditions of the hotel itself were deplorable. There were crumbs all over the carpet, old food on the walls, and what appeared to be vomit on the 10th floor hallway carpet. We noticed these things when we arrived, and they still hadn’t been cleaned when we checked out three days later. I will absolutely not be returning to this hotel, and I will not recommend it to others under any circumstances.

I booked this hotel as the ratings were better then another hotel in the area. I myself work in a hotel so I was disappointed in the hyatt and its cleanliness. The parking garage elevator and stairs were disgusting, the hotel elevators were also disgusting. I couldn't believe that there was no mattress protector or bottom sheet on the bed as well. The room was a good size and clean but the carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned. Bathroom was small and the shower head and bathtub faucet sprayed every which way but down. The front desk was great though. Super nice even though they could see I was in a not so great mood. I'm sorry but I've paid way less for nicer hotels that have things included so why I paid this much for a room and then having to pay $24 for overnight parking when there is no breakfast or pool was crazy to me. I will not stay here again.

I stayed here for one night for a concert, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating for early check in and late checkout! There is also a text line for inquiries and I received answers incredibly quickly. The rooms themselves were very clean, and well maintained. I saw some complaints about the odd placement of the TV, but I could rotate mine in order to view it from bed -- ultimately not really an issue. Also a very good distance from a lot of shops and places to eat, would definitely stay here again if given the chance!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, all staff that encountered were extremely friendly. I was stayed 2 nights for a huge work training convention and definitely would recommend. The only downfall is no pool/hot tub, and bathroom in my room was outdated and small. So definitely more for work than leisure or families.

It was 31$ for valet parking and 28$ if parked next door. We checked in 6th of October and checked out on th 7th.
Yes, if you're 65 and older you can call and see where to take it.
No, there isn't. Take uber, it's a $20 fare only!
Don't know the answer to that... You should give the hotel a call
As far as I know yes; make sure you mention the conference too get the proper rate.
I would not know you would have to call and ask them
I'm not sure cause I'm 45. Just call probably 21 though.
The I just stayed there in June. The top floor that used to be a restaurant, is now used for private events.

There is a skywalk that connects the parking structure to the hotel. It's glass enclosed, carpeted and heated. Very nice. I believe it's on the 2nd or 3rd level of the parking structure. After hours, the Hyatt entry door is secured. You'll need a key card to get in for hotel guests.
The convention center is linked to the Hyatt by an enclosed air conditioned walkway
$31 a day for valet, or $28 a day self park at Isaac's right next to the Hyatt
