I made a reservation at this hotel. The reservation asked for my address and card information. When I got there, I wasn’t allowed to get the room because I lived “too close” to the hotel? They also wouldn’t accept my type of debit card. That would’ve been nice to know when I gave all of that same exact information on the reservation. The man at the front desk, Mitchell I believe his name was, told me that the hotel down the street had availability. They didn’t. So I had to spend 2 hours calling around to hotels to get a hotel room same-day. The man was also talking to my friend and I as if we weren’t good enough to be there.

The hotel was totally booked and our AC unit Did not work. I called the front desk after Brewers game when we realized it was not working and was told they had to contact maintenance to fix it. No other rooms were available. Maintenance never showed up and front desk never called back. Spent the night in 80 degree room, no air circulation and humid. Not good for a 10 hour drive the next day. Amenities are great and this hotel had them, but the number one resin to stay at a hotel is to sleep. If I cannot get good sleep at a hotel, the restaurant, pool, shuttle, etc doesn’t really matter.

Great customer service! Hot tub was open ( not many hotels have them open Covid) this was our 3rd time staying here for cubs/brewers game. You can walk to game or ride the shuttle and enjoy the great stories from Dave! Had a nice experience all 3 years! Thanks and see ya next year!

This was my first time staying at a best western "plus". It's definitely a step up from a normal best western. The bed was comfy, the stay was pleasant, had no complaints about the room. We did swing by the pool, which it is a little awkward that you have to pretty much walk through a bar to get there, but that isn't the reason I give 4 stars and not 5. I'm just a little disappointed that breakfast is included with the stay and yet all we got were pre packaged foods. It's fine if they don't want to offer complimentary breakfast due to COVID but they should consider adjusting the rates if they aren't going to offer their normal service which is supposed to be included.
