There is only the Fairfield Inn and you in that area. You're giving all your business to them. Doesn't sound like a partical move. A place to lay their head, they made reservations just like locals.
We reserve our rooms for guests who do not live close to our hotel to open up availability for guests who are traveling and must have a place to lay their heads for the night. We are one of the few hotels in the area that do have this policy, so we are glad to make recommendations or help accommodate to the best of our ability.
