We are going into our 6th year and Never have we had an issue with the company! Our central air unit went out in the middle of summer and within 24hrs they put in a brand new one, our basement pipe was leaking, and within 48hrs they had taken out the original pipes from 1945 and replaced them with new pipes. I read one review complaining they charge for paying through the portal, the way I see it, a stamp, an envelope and gas to mail the rent and then having to pray it makes it to them, is alot more hassle than just hitting a few buttons, but to each their own. Thank you Realiant for all you do!!!!

I HAVE RENTED FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN GOOD AT ALL ABOUT RETURNINH CALLS OR FIXING THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE REPORTED ..I HAVE HAD 5 OR MORE HOMELESS PEOPLE RUNNING IN AND OUT I HAVE COMPLAINED OVER AND OVER FOR MONTHS AND EVEN HAVE SENT THEM 30 OR 40 DIFFERENT VIDEO FILES OF PEOBLEMS ,,,THE MAITENCE GUYS TRY TO DO WHAT THEY CAN WHEN THEY ARE SENT TO THE PEOPERTIES .... I AM SO UPSET BECAUSE I LOVED MY PLACE UNTIL THIS PROBLEM AND THEY COULD FIX IT NO PROBLEM IF THEY CARED

My husband and I had to relocate due to his job. Since being in this rental we have had nothing but issues. There is little to no communication from this management group. They do not care if you are having any problems and probably won’t do anything to correct it. This group has far too many properties they try to “care for”. We are located in Ohio and this group is based in Kentucky. So don’t EVER expect that anyone is coming anytime soon to help you. Where we came from, this would be considered a low income, slumlord property. They have no right to charge the price they do. Definitely will NOT be renewing our lease. Highly dissatisfied.
