Without a doubt the worst apartment complex we ever lived in. I would give it zero stars if I could. Rude office staff, homeless people, stuff stolen out of my truck, state services/police in there on the regular. We literally watched a person get beat up in front of our window one night. On top of that when we moved out we spent countless hours cleaning our apartment top to bottom for them to take most of our deposit anyways. Only move in here if you have no other choice.

Nice office staff, Horrible pest Control time schedules. was denied treatment or spray for a year. around recertification. Over all this is my Perspective. Office Staff dose Make every Attempt to resolve issues most concerns are just beyond there controll Maintenance dose an Outstanding Job When Requested. Summary: Hefty Charges For Maintenance Repair. Too many cops at this property unsafe for kids not to be traumatized by cops everywhere daily

Office staff is horrible. Kids go around the playground and pool unattended. Trash everywhere. Homeless people go through garbage bins all times of the day.

It took me years in a wait list to get in here. But been here almost 13 years. But rent is getting higher. Don't socialize if you live here!

All units have washer and dryer. Most downstairs units have no carpet except in bedrooms. There is a long wait list. Fairly open floor plan but many handicapped and wheelchair people live here. Lots of kids.
