Very disappointed in this dealership and regret getting a car from them!!!! Got my car back in December so not thinking to check the ac because I trusted them. Well come to June my AC don’t work and I called numerous of time talked to the manager because I already took it to get serviced and it’s till it working smh.

I think the service department is open around 8 am but you can only get them on the phone with their direct line. The guy Jim in service is the best. Great guy. Really everyone at the Hartford Carmax is awesome.

I am not too sure, however, I do know that I have a key FOB for my car, and the battery needed to be replaced, and I walked in with no appointment to find out about getting it replaced, and how much it would be, and to my suprise... they replaced the battery right then and there, at no charge to me. I was in and out of there in less than 10 min. and it didn't cost me a thing! I can say that their customer service department hands down is EXCELLENT!!! Carmax pays the true wholesale price for the car. No one would sell them their cars for half the value. You have to look at trade in value to determine what your car is worth, not retail.
