After 2 days on the phone, everyone passes the ball and we can't get our answers. They do not respect people's life insurance policies taken 60 years ago!!!

I NEEDED SOME INSURANCE INFORMATION THAT WAS NEEDED AND IMPOSING DUE TO A RECENT ACCIDENT WERE I AM THE VICTIM !! RECEIVED VOICE MAIL RECORD ING !! NO RESPONSE AS OF YET !! UNEXCEPTABLE !!

I have flood ins, due to the last storm ida, I had alot of damage in my basement. I've called countless times I recieved a claim# but 14days after the initial call no adjuster has been assigned. And all I get is run around what can I do pls help!

Is claim apprasior authorised to inspect the claim on storm damage with roofer brought with him without any information or indication? 2 i had this experiance first time to find Apprassor bringing roofer, who was never introduced
