Drove up from New Haven because Tristan Ortiz was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful over the phone. Came early the next day and he remembered our conversation, Tristan is so great to deal with in creating a solution for my hardwood floor detailing by showing me a beautiful contrasting oak plank that I decided to buy all my vinyl planking for a commercial building that day!
