The largest farmer's market in Hartford, and possibly the surrounding area. They even continue after the growing season ends, moving indoors to an adjoining space (next to the parking lot, but please check Facebook for updates). Great selection during the growing season, including conventional and organic produce, breads, fresh free-range eggs, cheeses, hot sauces, Italian ice, and other items. The organic produce is clearly organic as labeled, because it doesn't look "too perfect" like sprayed and dyed produce does. There is a small parking lot and also on-street parking. Friendly, helpful place.
