First time visiting VT & boy oh boy. I cannot imagine my trip without eating at Shore Acres and Bravo Zulu. I am IMPRESSED across the board. The view, the food, the staff/ambiance/friendliness. Shore acres fine dining food I personally ate: an appetizer special - something with corn. 10/10. The goat cheese & beets salad- AMAZING!! Brazo Zulu (bar / casual atmosphere) original naan pizza- was super impressed with. Cooked well & definitely wasn’t just for kids! Recommend for adults too. Lobster Roll- fantastic. Corn salsa was delicious too. Loved the “friend of bills” non alcoholic options. Not something you see often. Had the chance to meet the owner too- what a sweet man & wife. Love love loved this place. I highly recommend- next time I come I’ll try staying at the hotel. I heard people say the breakfast in the morning is good too.

The location is excellent; Serene, panoramic views of the lake and mountains welcome you into the dining room. The food was excellent! From the salad and appetizers right to the dessert. The coffee was okay, wish they had espresso after dinner. If the halibut is offered as a special, order it, you will not be disappointed. Ivan, our server was excellent and the entire staff was attentive. Megan was a gracious host and very welcoming. In a post-Covid environment, when most restaurants are limiting their service and menu, Shore Acres was very well staffed and the young staff had the experience of a much more seasoned group. I look forward to our next visit.

The food is a little overpriced but it's a great view and excellent service. The manager even asked me how it was so that was nice. Great drinks an non alcoholic options. Has boat access but no ramp from lake. Has stairs. Restaurant is handicap accessible.

We celebrated a milestone birthday with dinner at Shore Acres. It was like being transported back to the restaurants to which my parents brought us in the 1960's. It can't really be described as "casual" dining because there was a formality to it, while simultaneously being very relaxing. The dining room was quite full, with a diverse variety of patrons. The service was very friendly and surprisingly fast given how busy it was. The food, both the appetizers and entrees, were top notch.

I did see a few tables but I dont think there is outdoor dinner just yet. Room service outside of your room might be an option.
Hi David, We have a back section but it is not private. Susan
