The rooms are clean and serviced daily. Don't expect a lot of extras. There is a refrigerator in each room but only one microwave for the whole facility. Parking is limited and if you are the last one in at night, you lose. The location is great if you want to be near Fisherman's Warf. Both the bay and downtown were visible from our balcony.

The Staff was amazing, very accommodating and went out if their way to make our stay relaxing. There was 9 of us. The rooms were nice, area close to Wharf and everything we wanted to do, we could walk to from there. There is NO air conditioners but we didn't need one, there was a fan in each room if needed. I would recommend the Wharf's Inn and will be back if were going to the Bay. Our stay was the end of June.

On 6/16 there was a dog that houled and barked for over three hours, we tried calling down to the front desk several times and nobody answered on our cell phones and room phone. Walls are thin. There is no air-conditioning however, we did not mind it because it was in the 60s so the room stayed at a decent temperature, however, if it was warmer that might pose a problem for some. There is no water offered in the rooms as the pictures are shown. No coffee is served in the front desk area as pictures are shown. parking stalls are narrow and seem to go fast so get there early to get a parking stall because there is not enough stalls for all the hotel rooms. They have a great security system in place, you cannot enter into the elevator unless you have a key. Housekeeping came in and made the beds on our second day and took the trash. We didn’t have any issues. Lots of homeless folks around the vicinity.

Great for free parking. Downsides we booked 2 higher end rooms. Both were falling apart and for the price a working ice maker and Ac would have been nice. Paper thin walls. We heard our upstairs neighbors party all night long. Also San Fran isn’t what it used to be. We had a homeless gentleman screaming outside all night and half the shops were empty. Do yourself the favor and stay elsewhere
