Great stay over busy Labor Day weekend. Location is super convenient to pier area. We felt very safe walking around area out till about 10 pm, not sure how it gets layer. Pier 39 is the place to be now as it appears many shops and restaurants at fishermans wharf closed up during pandemic and never reopened. The hotel staff were friendly and excellent in all regards and the concierge staff spent time with us and helped us with booking big bus hop on tour with a discount too! Breakfast was crowded as we did not get down till 8:30( our fault) great selection was very good including eggs, sausages, oatmeals, ake your own fresh pancakes, danish, bread stuffs, juices, bananas and apples, yogurts and dry cereals. Staff was attentive to keep items filled and serving ateas clean. Our room faced a roof courtyard, so no view but room comfort and amenities made up for no view. Bed and pillows were comfy. Water pressure in shower could have been better, but ok. Entire Room was spotlessly clean as was rest of hotel. Location was perfect but removed from street noise. We will highly recommend this hotel to family and friends and will stay here again most definitely!

Good hotel with good rooms and good breakfast and very good location on Fisherman's Wharf. Parking is available, but it costs $64 per day including tax. The car is parked in their parking garage. It is, however, possible to find other parking options from & 15 per day and up. However, there is no monitoring here

No. Valet service is $60 per night with no in/out privileges.
Yes there is, and their breakfast is awesome
Not sure.. I would call ahead to check.
I believe they told us the day lasts until 5pm on the day you leave.
Not that I know about, take public transportation to fisherman walf and it is close
Destination fee. Same thing.
Probably you can send an e-mail to the hotel and they can arrange it to you. They have a person there responsible for shuttle and concierge stuff. I cannot remember exactly the price but I think it is something near to 20 U$ from the airport to the hotel or from hotel to the airport.
There is limited on street parking in the general area. You will be risking a break in and would have to move it periodically. It's SF Fisherman's Wharf. Cheap parking is hard to find anywhere in San Francisco.
Just about every hotel in America you need to pay taxes on the rooms
VERY close. Only two blocks. Easy walk.
If I remember correctly, all HIEs have 24 hour check in, meaning the desk should be open anytime of the day or night.
I do not recommended parking in the hotel becouse it's expensive and there's a lot of parking spot nearby which they more cheaper
No, unlije europe it seems holiday inn express in the US do not have any food or drink facilities apart from breakfast and vending machines
