Big variety of hot sauces. You can taste hot sauce there before you buy it. There is something for everyone going there from mild-hot to super hot. Very good prices.

Try the most spicy sauce "the end , flatline sauce" ... really fun experience. Recommend having something in your stomach first though. Shop owner let's you have a small bag of chips to try each hot sauce. Very fun!

A place that is not for everyone. Be warned, the hottest sauce they have (which you have to sign a disclaimer to taste) is not for everyone. On the contrary. You will definitely be sick. It is a dangerous place.

Yes, they are usually open. Although Im sure hours may be different due to COVID-19
The guy working isn't touching any sample bottles or anything with his hands, he is using tongs. He also had a mask on and gloves. Customers are supposed to wear masks, and sanitize their hands before and after touching any sample bottles.
Ring and ask. Yhey get quite busy.
