This is the worst urgent care I've ever visited. And not to mention that a office visit cost me $ 308.82 for them to only give me a covid test which they charged 102$. One staff member said it was to much and the billing office said that was the standard cost for URGENT CARES checked with other urgent cares and 140$ was the starting. They must have thought they performed a surgery 😳. I waited in the waiting area longer than it took for them to just give me a test and the results of the test. Highway robbery. And I want if discuss the office manager with her unprofessional self. If you are in need of a minor medical care DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. And if I could give a zero I would

I've always gotten the best of care. Fast service and caring NP's and MD's. It's my first go to when I can't see my regular doctor, and at times, instead of seeing my regular doctor because of scheduling.

I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews, but I had a problem that I needed to get addressed. I arrived around 12:10, and within minutes I was called back. Robert, the PA, was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. The receptionist, nursing student, and medical assistant were all professionals. I would not hesitate to go there again!

Deserves NO STARS: Don't even go here for ANY reason...My husband went Friday at 3 pm with a ruptured ear drum. Service was quick b/c no one was waiting. BUT then the issues started. His Rx never ever got to Walmart Pharmacy, STILL wasn't there Saturday noon. He called the office. He was told he had not been there until Sat AM when he came in with 2 Rx AND he needed to make an app't to see the Dr there the first of the week for them. He has only been in that office 1 time ever! So he went to Urgent care across the bridge in Clemson on a football Saturday... in/out within 30 mins with Rx in hand!!!!
