My entire experience was amazing from the moment I entered through the doors! The security personnel was polite and friendly. My uscis officer was wonderful, he was so professional and kind. He did his job, while making me feel comfortable and ease. A big thank you to all of them.

Have you ever tried calling the customer help desk? It’s a nightmare - completely useless. If the bot doesn’t have the answer to your question it hangs up. You never have the option to speak with a live agent. What a disgrace - to get an answer the bot doesn’t respond, you need to travel tp a USCITS OFFICE.

USCIS can take 1 year or more to process I-90 renewals so if you filed 11 months ago, you should get a decision soon. You can check the status at USCIS.gov. click on "check status of case" and enter your receipt number. If the number is not listed stop by one of the closest office and ask one of the security guards they are very courteous and will inform you. There is no walk in visits now.
