AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. If not, AVOID ASHLEY BOUCHOTTE, one of the service advisors. She is very rude and unprofessional. She spoke to my husband like she had a problem with him. Terrible customer service award goes to her. She seems to hate her life and job, I am very sure.

Do you have a Trickle Charger for use with a 2015 Mercedes Benz S550 automobile ? Can it be connected to the battery of a car that sits in the garage and is not driven for 5 months so that the battery remains charged?

I just spent 265

I have a 1990 350SDL Mercedes and I KNOW from the owners manual that the oil to use is 20 X 50. Recently I was able to upgrade ONE YEAR.to a 1991 350SDL. MY QUESTION,,Does it also use the 20 X 50 oil??? There was no owners manual in the vehicle.

For this old car I will recomend not too thin oil with lower viscosity. 10-30 full syntetic

While my vehicle was in the garage I was informed to rent an auto from Enterprise Rental at a cost of $40. On 2/2/2018, I returned the rental and submitted the receipt to New Country Motors. As of today I have not received reimbursement.
