I came in to The Stove Depot after talking with three other stove suppliers. All three of the other businesses listened to my description of a smoking stove and told me I needed a new stove, and a different cap to my stovepipe. At Stove Depot, they listened to my description, asked me many questions to figure out why my stove was smoking after many years of being fine, and told me that insulating my roof had changed the air flow in my house, and instead of buying a new stove, I needed to crack open a window. I will never, ever buy a stove from anyone else. I was so impressed that they were looking to help me fix the problem rather than looking to sell me an expensive stove. I’ll be buying an insert from them next spring!
