Couldn't give any less... on web site said time.and location.. I was there when bus look at me and sped up drove off.. I then called dispatch and asked to turn around and grab me as he was only two mins up the road by time call ended... she said no called me lier and hung up.. I called again and manager said he was sorry and will send somone to get me... nope lied again.. I was stranded all night ... Definitely not reliable and sometimes makes a stop...

You can go to Green Mountain Express on Pleasant Street and get one or if you're on one of the buses ask the bus driver for a pass they should carry them.
The emerald line goes from Bennington to Wilmington than transfers buses and continue on to brattleboro and vise versa. First one leaves at 7:40 in Bennington and 7:25 in brattleboro. Hope that helps :)
