Wow! My first time ever to an eye doctor. From my first visit until today's, the front staff has consistently been extremely courteous and welcoming. They are always able to answer all my questions and make me feel relaxed. Angelica, the assistant is so comforting, calm and soothing. Dr. McCarthy is extremely gentle and calm and very friendly. After another follow-up visit, Dr. McCarthy recommended the "TearCare" in office procedure. Wow, just wow! It was like a spa day for my eyes. Both Angelica and Dr. McCarthy were again, so calming and gentle, I truly felt like I was in a spa. The in-office procedure had previously been thoroughly explained and then they both "talked" me through each of the steps as they performed them. At the end, the front office was again extremely friendly and helpful. Right after the procedure, I can already tell a difference in my eyes, both their comfort and sight. I would highly recommend this office and staff. They are truly caring and take time to make sure you feel comfortable and know what they are checking or doing with your eyes!
