Did security door with Fiberama it was not installed properly I called so many times and emailed Don . They do not stand by their word to fix the problem. It’s been this way since day installed. The installer said ordering a part to fix it well it’s been 2years! Go elsewhere tbey don’t stand by their word. You are Not nice or fair Don

We have been trying to get them to fix our windows for months with fear my son will get his hand caught in the 2 windows that will not stay open. We have made numerous calls. Every time someone will get back to us. Then said they ordered the parts and in a week will come fix it. This was months ago. When you speak to people, all they say is that they will take a message. I would not recommend this company to anyone, after they do the work, they do not care about it afterwards. Do not give them your business, you will regret it!

The worst to deal with. Months now to repair windows in my home. Every week another excuse. Worst communion and company by far. Do not do business with them!!! Update!! Over a month and still nothing. No phone calls, no response to messages, and no repair. Absolutely horrible.

Prompt professional service, arrived on time and did a beautiful job inside and out with our window replacements. There was a slight problem with one window and they came back promptly and corrected the issue. I have used Fiberama before and will call on them again for any future needs.
