"The Institute is located in Manhattan and easily accessible by public transportation. Should you prefer to drive, there is a a garage on the block and plenty of garages close by. The office, bedrooms and bathroom were very clean. The staff were more than pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and added information to some questions I didn't consider asking. They quickly determined the size of my face mask and set up all the wiring. They also explained the time frame for completing the study and how to alert them should I need to get up. I felt comfortably at home. "

Since my son doctor left, the staff are insensitive, careless, and irresponsible! I have been waiting days for a medical record release form. My son has been a patient at SDI for over 7 years, under the gentle and professional care of Dr. Maha Ahmad, since she left, no prescription filled, appointments canceled, and broken promises…My son has narcolepsy and they are interrupting his lifestyle and well-being!! I am trying very hard not to contact my attorney! My patients are wearing!
