I want to say thank you Melvin Fermin from Lexus of Queens!!! After having a hellish nightmare experience with Lynbrook Audi that lasted almost two weeks I gave Lexus of Queens a call. The very next morning Melvin had me in the office and took great care of me. I was in and out the dealership in exactly two hours with my L certified Lexus !!! I felt like I was a priority during the whole process. I also want to thank the sales & finance manager David R. for his hard work and dedication. Top notch service where customers truly come first!! The only mistake I did was not coming here first. Thank you all at Lexus of Queens and I’m happy to officially be a part of the Lexus Family!

You would have to come into the dealership with the vehicle, unless you have the FOB serial number that comes with owners manual materials when a car is purchased new. A replacement will cost you more than $300. Recommend you call the service department with any questions. They are always happy to help customers. 🌻

Check your car manual, it might have the answer. If not, that is something you can definitely call and ask the dealership service department about. Depending on your model, certain features like navigation do need to be upgraded routinely. Happy Holidays! 🎄

I agree with Tony. Only take my car to dealer under warranty or service contract. Get your oil and transmission fluid changed at Jiffy Lube or a trusted shop near you. If not, call up Lexus and schedule a service appointment. Just understand that is the most expensive option.
I am from Brooklyn, but I work in Queens. Coming from Queens and Long Island on the Grand Central you veer towards the middle and take the two lanes that take you towards I278 (BQE), you go through a short two lane tunnel on that exit, and you can get off at the Broadway exit. Make a right at the Broadway exit and follow the traffic light on the right an make a right onto Broadway. Stay on Broadway until it intersects with Northern Blvd (3-5 minute drive or btwn 4 & 6 traffic lights. When you pass Paragon Honda and Acura on your right, Northern Blvd is the next major street. Make a left on Northern Blvd and you will see Lexus of Queens on your left a few blocks before Steinway Street. Hope that was helpful.
