The customer service here was above and beyond! The name on the receipt was Brianna, so I believe that is who helped us. She was SO friendly and helpful and eager to answer any questions. She was also extremely knowledgeable, it seemed like she had tried every shoe and had personal experience or knowledge with each one. She genuinely seemed like she wanted me to find the perfect shoe and I left pretty happy with my purhcase. I wish that was my local store because I would go back 10/10.

Had the best experience with Cassandra. Never have I ever had such a wonderful experience buying a set of shoes that fit me so well. She knew exactly what I needed and gave such great advice to me. Definitely coming back.

We recently visited Lucky Feet Shoes and were incredibly pleased with the customer service provided. Dana was amazing and very knowledgeable which made us feel comfortable knowing exactly what we were purchasing. We will definitely be returning to this location!

Excellent staff. These are very helpful people. My mom needed shoes to support her feet and she bought a pair that made her feet feel more supported and she was able to walk.

Questions & Answers

What can I do with my Rockport shoes purchased from the Palm Desert store in November that are too long for me? I have worn 9 - 91/2 for years but clerk thought I needed an 11 to compensate for my bunion and ankle support.

Our shoes run from $70 to $200. The average is around $130 but we have some slip resistant work shoes under $100. The arch supports run from $60 - $89. At least come in for a free foot analysis. You can try on the shoes and inserts so you can feel the difference.
