I got my real ID here, so much easier than the RMV. The ladies are kind and tell you the information that you need to get whatever it is you're getting.

My starter motor does on my car. I had joined AAA a few weeks earlier. With the plus plan I am allowed up to onr hundred mile tow. I had the option to tow to private garage, AAA Garage or my house. The truck arrived when they said it would. They were timely, curtious and effective. I had it towed to my driveway where I had it fixed. Totally satisfied with experience.

Agent I spoke with never got back to me. I even informed agent that they can get back to me by Monday the latest. Still no follow up. No reflection to AAA. I ended up going with another provider.

Very helpful folks, came in a hot mess needing something an international drivers license with no idea what I'd need and they sorted it out and got me what I needed and I was on my way in 5 - no long wait and it wasn't particularly busy. Recommended.

Yes
what do i need to bring for my lic renewal
Yes
I hear if you're a menber the photos are free
Yes
Doubt it - better call
I called on 4/27/18 to verify if you had to be a AAA member to get your license renewed because I heard from my Mother who is a senior citizen that her friends who were not AAA members were getting their license renewed at this location. My parents live only 5 minutes from the office and this would be so much more convenient, since I must bring them. If they are letting in non-AAA members, that would explain the 2-3 hour wait for license renewals. Waiting on hold (24 mins, I could hear someone take the call and then they hung up without saying anything), will let you know soon, as I have to now wait again. Confirmed you must be a AAA member. Those who got through without being a member must of done it on a busy day and they didn't ask for the membership card.
No you have to go to the RMV for that.
No I think not, you yes, her no.
I believe you can
Yes, you should start your application online on rmv website first. You will need to be AAA member to schedule an appointment here.
Only if your on his triple A
Yes. IF you are a AAA member. You also need an appointment.
No, you will need to return to your local DMV or destroy and recycle them.
Yes, but you need an appointment and just not sure if you have to be a member first or not. So I would call.
If you're a member ,u can use there registration services, from I'd, registry titles , transfer ,plates everything I think but , driving testing, it's great, I would of spent probably a thousand dollars$$, on hook up and towed, if you're a member, 4, tow service s a year, and/or a 100 miles ,but they don't tow off mass Pike with out hook up tow fee ,ones off the mass Pike AAA kicks in for tow, that's the one thing don't understand ,290 ,495, 146,any we're but the mass Pike u get hit with fee then and there if u don't have cash or credit card one u stay off the mass pike
Yes, but you have to book an appointment first.
They should be able to. They know about travel needs, driving Education, driving discounts and bundles for all vehicles, and discounts for movies / pop corn and soda, they have great gifts you can buy for Christmas season, they have Registry in some of them, they have in some AAA insurance company, and they have pass books people can buy, they have great information area for questions like yours. Call ahead. They sell luggage and E-pass for State Highways. Most State Highways here Massachusetts uses E-pass now.
I'm not 100% sure but I think you have to make appointment on the registry website either way. At the beginning of the Pandemic I put a car on the road and I did so at the worcester registry. Except for the long wait outside the registry for appointment it was typical appointment.
New plates, require the registry in one form or another, some insurance companies will do it for you, as will most dealers. The triple A office does not do new plates.
Yes. Just bring all proper paperwork with you. And good to go
You can change your address online at the Mass rmv website. For free. There is a line on the back of your license where you write your new address. Or if you want it printed on the face of a license you can request a new license for the $50 fee. And they will mail it to you.
I wish I could help but I don't want to give you information I'm not sure of. Try calling first.
I would recommend your service. The men that used your service was exemplary.
I don't know I got mine,,3 years ago thru the RMV
A month before your current ones expire.
I always try to go early I've never tried doing any business on the phone.
Yes this AAA branch does Real ID. I did it back in may of this year (2019)
Patricia, your real licence will have an expiration date 5 years from now, usually on your birthday.
Yes, but go early, if you arrive say at noon you probably are not going to succeed that day... and make sure you have all your papers in order...
if you get there 30 min before they open, you can be 1st
If this is the 1st time you are registering it and need plates, then you need to go to the Main Street office.
no
No...they have paper applications. Just make sure you bring all your necessary documents. Hint: try to get there early. Lines get long really fast and the whole process takes longer than before.
I think it is $33 for a family member to be added on your account which costs $50. This person must share the same address. This would be for a basic AAA membership.
Yes
Give them a call. I know they don't provide all Registry services. When I had to replace mine a few years ago, I went to the Main Street Registry. Took all of 5 minutes for the swap. Make sure you bring your paper registration and the old plate in with you.
Yes
They have a person to talk to about it
Insurance is first.
You can get a replacement AAA card. It will cost about $3.00. I believe you can get a replacement license there too. They do registry services there.
Yes if you are a member
Your AAA card, Proof of who you are. They also take the photos needs for a small fee.
As long as you are a AAA member
Yes
You mean renewal of your class A license?..
Dont know.. try going to the DMV online site to look to see if you can download the form from there site..call AAA first to ask about the form before going there ...
Must have proof of residency plus birth certificate or passport
No sorry Jim. Out of state licenses need to be changed back to MA by a DMV main branch. AAA can not do them.
They should be able to, they have full RMV there.
Doubt it.
I believe so.
Yes
Call and ask. They are really nice.
Call and ask AAA
I think so but call and ask!
Call and ask. They renew but you may have to go to the registry for new. Bring your social security card or passport and proof of residency like your lease or a utility bill with your name and address on it. Good luck!
Call and ask
If you plan to stop at a foreign port, yes. Also your driver's license may not be enough to get on a plane now.
Easy enough to call them. Off hand I don't know.
Doubt it Call them They're very pleasant
If you are a AAA member and it's a transfer to a registration you already have. You need to go to your insurance company first and it must be either a casual sale (from another person ) or a car dealership in Massachusetts.
You can get a photo, too.
