Your there literally for 8 hours regardless of what your there for. I was in pain gave me nothing,I was thirsty couldn't even. Give me water. Had to pee told me I couldn't leave my room due to covid, they never told me I had it but I was on a bed in the hall. Sitting right next to the nurse station, there was this on on the computer shopping I was watching her to hope she would notice I'm watching her and nope horrible here. There's no reason why it should take 8 hours for an ex-ray just horrible and now I been on the phone for more than 20 Mins I keep getting transferred when I'm just trying to find my mom

Terrible, I had a appointment scheduled for today and I called in the am just to make sure everything was in place. They told me over the phone that the doctor wasn't in today...this is the 2nd time I had to reschedule. 2nd time I had to ask for a day off from work. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Be busy, mostly friendly.

Mary Stanley has the ability to make feel like I'm talking to a friend rather than a health professional. The entire Cardiology Clinic staff is awesome!

Varies due to Covid restrictions
UMass Memorial is a well renowned teaching hospital that has really excellent specialists in fields like cardiology, infectious disease, and Nuerology. That being said, due to Covid and the general state of this countries Healthcare system they seem chronically understaffed and the quality of care provided during admission is sub par in my opinion. During a family members most recent admission I noticed a disturbing theme of serious bias and stereotyping of individuals who have a history of mental health or substance abuse issues to the point that the providers attitude and generalizations interfere with the quality of care provided to the patient including limited communication, restricted treatment options, and overall mistrust between patient and provider which is a huge issue. In this day and age where the Healthcare community is working so hard to end stigma and break down barriers to care this trend was seriously concerning and disappointing.
It can not be done. I'm sorry, Mr. Palacios. Masshealth is very bad.
Yes. Ask the attendant because they are further away from parking than at the ACC building
Well if you worked for them it's on your W-2, otherwise call the HR department at the hospital, it's not something that should be randomly given out.
I've gone for blood draws as early as 7:30
55 Lake Ave Worcester, Ma
If you use GPS please put 55 Lake Ave North, Worcester MA. It will bring you to the Remillard Family Pavillion building which is the main hospital or University Campus. Once you pass the check point Dunkin is on the right. The Radiology dept for an US is on the left of Dunkin.
There a two different campuses. You'll need to find out if she is at the Memorial campus or the University campus. University is on lake and memorial is on Belmont
Visiting hours are 12:00-8:00 pm. They were allowing 2 people to visit in a day. However only 1 person in the room at a time. Things change everyday so, I would call ahead.
Right now it varies due to COVID, I know they were letting one visitor per patient at a time but idk if that has changed since COVID numbers recently increased and I know it can vary depending on where in the hospital you are visiting someone and your relationship with the patient.

If you have the money to pay them, they will gladly take it and perform any type of elective (i.e. unnecessary) surgery. Beware that they may not have competent surgical staff, and you will most likely be forced to sign a waiver that legally prevents you from filing a lawsuit if the outcome of the surgery is not favorable (i.e. if they botch the surgery, you will have no legal recourse, and thus no way to be compensated for any damages due to malpractice, that they may or may not be responsible for.) Caveat emptor, buyer beware.
That's not really a question. But it is true, they're an awful medical establishment, most likely because they're owned by a for-profit corporation. I know this from extensive firsthand experience -- interactions with a variety of staff, from front of house to back of house, from the lowest paid employees to the "top" doctors. Do yourself a favor and find medical treatment elsewhere. (This is purely my opinion. Legally, I am explicitly stating that this opinion cannot be used as evidence of defamation. I am exercising my First Amendment right to free speech, which is an unalienable right and therefore cannot be denied to me under any pretext whatsoever. Attorneys are prohibited from filing frivolous lawsuits. So don't even try messing with me.)

They will most likely claim that such information is confidential, and it will not be disclosed to you. You will need to investigate to find out for yourself, or to avoid personal legal liability, find/hire someone who can do such an investigation on your behalf (Private Investigator and/or Attorney).
No sorry I don't
Call the hospital, press 0 for the operator. Ask to be transfered to the records department. Please be advised the records department is NOT open 24/7
