I called on 4/27/18 to verify if you had to be a AAA member to get your license renewed because I heard from my Mother who is a senior citizen that her friends who were not AAA members were getting their license renewed at this location. My parents live only 5 minutes from the office and this would be so much more convenient, since I must bring them. If they are letting in non-AAA members, that would explain the 2-3 hour wait for license renewals. Waiting on hold (24 mins, I could hear someone take the call and then they hung up without saying anything), will let you know soon, as I have to now wait again. Confirmed you must be a AAA member. Those who got through without being a member must of done it on a busy day and they didn't ask for the membership card.
