I've been visiting this museum since I was a child in grade school, in the Reading school district in the 1980's. They have an excellent collection - most of which seems to be not displayed anymore because of the other newer exhibits that come and go. Their ancient armor and weapons collection used to be amazing, especially for the size museum this is but most of that has gone...elsewhere? I'm still a member and support the museum because I like it but I wish they would display more of the collection they own, like they used to. I would recommend this museum and the planetarium any time.

Spent a rainy Sunday Funday exploring the museum. We were there in between exhibits but it did not stop us from exploring all the floors and rooms of art and history.
