I know the cops have their own jobs to do. A noise complaint is not an emergency. But I work 2 full time jobs to provide for my family. I’ve been calling since 8:30pm, because the music was so loud I couldn’t even hear my conversation on my phone. It’s now 3:20 am and not one officer has came to shut down this god awful music. SMH

My wife called to report an ongoing crime and the lazy SOB was in too much of a hurry to take any info. He told her to go online and file a complaint without telling her where online to file the complaint.

They are corrupt. Laws have no meaning to the Reading PD.

The law states it does not matter what time it is,noise pollution is just that. I've been having on going issues with the neighbor next to me since last year. they watch for the police and then quickly turn down the music when they see the officers turn the corner. I am on a one way street so easy for them to watch. I just had to go to court and the neighbor never showed! She got a fine but no DCR and I had requested one more than once,it's sad!

Is it a crime or animal cruelty if a man is having sex with his female dog? Can he be charged?

Move outta this Sh*tHole is the best advice I can give you. You can always call a noise complaint, but that rarely solves anything because your obnoxious neighbor will probably just blast their music louder once the cops leave.

Old Courthouse. If is after hours. From 6pm and up. If is in the morning the new courthouse in the 1st floor. Security would be able to show you the office.
